Jetour South Africa has been awarded Gold Status in the 2025 National Automobile Dealers’ Association (NADA) Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey, a significant milestone within its first year of launching locally.

The annual NADA DSI survey, now in its 29th year, is a highly respected industry benchmark that reflects how well vehicle manufacturers support their dealer networks, and an accolade that strengthens brand reputation and dealer confidence, contributing to sustained success in the market.

The survey, based on more than 1 500 responses spanning all vehicle segments and representing over 85% of the country’s dealerships, evaluated local vehicle manufacturers across three key criteria, namely dealer friendly (20%), investor friendly (40%), and customer friendly (40%).

Jetour was ranked number one across four key categories, including an exceptional 100% Net Promoter Score (NPS), indicating that every dealer would confidently recommend Jetour to others. The brand was also placed in the top five in eight out of the 15 categories assessed, reflecting widespread dealer satisfaction and trust.

Making these achievements event more remarkable is the fact that Jetour is the newest entrant in the South African automotive market among the brands listed as winners within the Passenger and LCV Segment.

These results highlight Jetour South Africa’s continued commitment to building strong, collaborative partnerships with its dealer network and ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver excellent service and value to customers across the country.

From the earliest planning stages, Jetour South Africa recognised that a strong dealer network would be central to its go-to-market and ongoing customer service strategy. Carefully partnering with a mix of large dealership groups and independents on the ground translated into gaining traction quickly and earning trust from customers.

Jetour South Africa Vice President Nic Campbell has consistently emphasised that a brand’s treatment of its customers is what will set it apart from the competition.

“Strong support for our dealer network directly translates into better customer service, empowering our dealers to serve customers more effectively and efficiently. Being awarded Gold Status so soon after our launch is a true testament to the partnerships we have established within our growing dealer network, who are working alongside us to deliver exceptional experiences to South African customers,” says Campbell.

With sales of Jetour’s two currently available models, the Dashing and X70 Plus, steadily increasing and outperforming many long-established players, exceptional customer service and strong collaborative partnerships with dealers, remains Jetour’s top priority.
