From the Afro-house rhythm of “Osama” and the emotional lyrics of “Push me to the floor” to the catchy, soulful “Who cares” and the famous and much-loved “Back to the beach”, Saturday saw some of South Africa’s top musicians perform at Casalinga in Johannesburg at the first ever Jetour Festival.
This premier outdoor venue nestled in Muldersdrift saw 3 000 people descend for all things music, food, fun and motoring, with hundreds of Jetour vehicles parked side by side.

“What a day! Incredible vibes, amazing food, and the music. Zakes Bantwini and the other acts absolutely killed it! Thanks @JetourSA for an unforgettable experience!” was what one festival goer had to say, with another saying that from the live music to the giveaways, Jetour knows how to throw a party!
As the biggest Jetour customer day to be hosted in Africa to date, Jetour treated customers, dealers, suppliers, staff and media to the sounds of Grammy Award-winning South African artist Zakes Bantwini, renowned indie rock band The Parlotones, popular South African house music trio Mi Casa and South African Pop/R&B singer and songwriter, Shekhinah.
947 brought extra energy to the festivities with a live outside broadcast, featuring Zweli Mbhele—beloved host of the ever-popular Afternoons with Zweli on 947—as the MC for the day. After the live music wrapped up, the crowd was treated to a high-energy set by the charismatic Vin Deysel, who kept the party going with the latest dance hits.

Festival-goers were also treated to an exciting lineup of prize giveaways, including a Vivo cellphone, a weekend getaway courtesy of ANEW Hotels & Resorts, and the grand prize—a year with their very own Jetour.
“At Jetour South Africa, we are thrilled to have hosted such a remarkable Jetour Festival, with 3 000 of our valued customers and partners came together to enjoy fantastic music, delicious food, stylish, tech-forward vehicles and a beautiful Joburg winter’s day. This event truly reflects our commitment to creating memorable experiences that go beyond just driving – it’s about building lasting connections and celebrating the Jetour community.

We are grateful for the support we’ve received and look forward to many more customer events such as this in the future,” says Nic Campbell, Vice President of Jetour South Africa.
Saturday also saw Campbell officially announce the launch of the Jetour Owner’s Club in South Africa – a network of like-minded individuals who appreciate craftsmanship, performance, and the unique experience that comes with owning a Jetour.
“As of today, we have 19 Jetour Owner Clubs around the world, with more than 60 000 members. In 2024, the content released by the club members brought more than 179 million views,” says Campbell.
“We promote direct dialogue between brand and our users, collect user ideas and feedback, and improve our products and services. This is one of the reasons why Jetour has grown so rapidly as a new brand”.

The Jetour Owners Club will include exclusive service discounts, special discounts on products and accessories, priority after-sales support, branded merchandise and exclusive specials and discounts tailored for Jetour owners, in partnership with our expanding network of retail, hospitality, and travel brands.
Jetour made its debut in South Africa in September 2024, introducing the 5-seater Jetour Dashing and the 7-seater Jetour X70 Plus. The brand’s “Travel+” philosophy focuses on blending travel, music, lifestyle, and adventure to enhance the driving experience. With sales exceeding initial expectations, Jetour’s customer base is set to grow even more with the launch of two exciting new SUV models later this year – The Jetour T1 and T2.
