  • The history of the Brand is tangled with the world of cinema forming an indissoluble bond that has shaped both industries. Together they have redefined new ways of communicating in a field that goes beyond the automotive sector.
  • FIAT will be the Official Car of the 19th edition of the Rome Film Fest from October 16th to the 27th, where it will showcase the Topolino, the 600e and 600 hybrid, the E-Ulysse, and also the Grande Panda, the new global model recently presented during the FIAT 125th anniversary celebrations.
  • FIAT continues to consolidate its mission of contributing to a more sustainable world, promoting a more accessible and sustainable urban mobility.

FIAT will serve as the Official Car at the Rome Film Fest 2024 held from October 16th to 27th at the Auditorium Parco della Musica. This prestigious event will feature some of the most important screening theatres and will see the involvement of many cultural organizations from across the capital. The brand will take part in the renowned fest with some of its most popular vehicles such as the Topolino, Grande Panda, Fiat 600 in its electric and hybrid versions and E-Ulysse.

FIAT, a global brand that seeks to create a more sustainable world for everyone, never misses a chance to spread at most a more sustainable urban mobility, making the electrified driving experience easier and more accessible to everyone. On this special occasion, the brand continues to testify its commitment to sustainability, reiterating its mission by choosing BEV and Hybrid models to make the guests’ travels special.

FIAT’s participation at the Rome Film Fest also celebrates the brand’s indissoluble connection to the world of cinema, a relationship that began at the turn of the 20th century. Over the years, many FIAT’s models have been chosen from great producers to create thousands of movies, documentaries and commercials, testifying the brand’s relevance in the history of cinema, thanks to the many cars that are now perceived as national heritage outside the automotive industry.

For example, in 1957, legendary director Federico Fellini chose the Fiat 1100 B and the 600 Transformable for his iconic film Nights of Cabiria. Nearly fifty years later, the Fiat 500X made a notable appearance in Ben Stiller’s hit comedy Zoolander 2. Moreover, the Fiat 500 has been protagonist of cult movie including Profondo Rosso, animation movies such as Lupin III and Cars. Of the many commercials in which the brand met high standards, one of the latest is the Fiat 600e commercial with Oscar award-winning actor and environmental activist Leonardo Di Caprio. In more than a century the global brand has reached new communication milestones that mark the history of both the cinema and the automotive field.

In a celebrative atmosphere, such as the 19th edition of the Rome Film Fest, FIAT will provide guests with a socially and environmentally friendly fleet, reflecting both its mission to a more sustainable world and its relationship with the cinematographic landscape.

The extended red carpet, one of the largest in the world, will not only welcome important guests from the cinema universe, but also the all-electric quadricycle Fiat Topolino in expo.

The 19th edition of Rome Film Fest promises to amaze guests thanks to the joy, optimism, fun and Dolce Vita style found in the Topolino. Indeed, there is no better setting to celebrate the Italian lifestyle than the capital with its beautiful sites.

The Fest will also feature one of FIAT’s most recent stars: the Fiat Grande Panda presented in July during the Brand’s 125th anniversary. The Fiat Grande Panda will be in the spotlight in all its splendor at the Rome Film Fest’s Cinema Village. The new FIAT global model embodies not only Italian beauty with its cool design, but values such as sustainability, inclusivity and simplicity as well.

The Rome Film Fest will embrace sustainability with a fleet of electric and hybrid Fiat 600 and Fiat Topolino, embodying the Italian beauty and lifestyle with their iconic look and dolce vita style. These colorful cars will transport actors, directors, producers, and guests to the red carpet. FIAT’s presence at the Rome Film Fest does not end with the model mentioned above: the full-electric people mover, the E-Ulysse, will be there to offer greater comfort to the passengers.

FIAT’s models will showcase the brand’s signature Italian style and flair alongside cinema icons, embodying a legacy that has spanned over a century. As a timeless symbol of Italianness, FIAT continues to represent the essence of Italian culture and design on a global stage.
