Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. will hold the JAPAN MOBILITY SHOW 2023 on the 3rd.Public release date: October 28th (Saturday) to November 5th, 2023. The Nissan Hyper Urban (digital model) was unveiled at the newly established design presentation hall at the Nissan Technical Center as the first EV concept car to be exhibited at Tokyo Big Sight (Sunday) .

At the show , Nissan will feature a lineup of attractive concept cars equipped with innovative technology that enriches people’s lives. Each concept car that will be announced in sequence *1 will have a character that represents a representative customer , and the exciting future society will be expressed through scenes in which the character spends time with the car.

“Nissan Hyper Urban” is aimed at customers who are highly conscious of the environment and social issues, pursue a sustainable lifestyle that continues to use what they have, and are active regardless of their location, whether it’s in the city or the suburbs. This is a crossover EV aimed at

By constantly updating the software to the latest state and updating the hardware (car parts, etc.) as necessary, this model responds to the various tastes of customers and is designed to be loved for a longer period of time. This allows you to carry and continue riding. For example, if you want to refresh the overall atmosphere of the interior, you can update to the latest graphical user interface (GUI) or replace the instrument panel to suit your tastes.

In addition, the V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) function allows you to use the electricity stored in the battery to power your home, store, office, etc., maximizing the functionality of your EV not only when you are in the car but also when parking it. You can take advantage of it. When implementing V2X, Nissan’s unique control concept, the Intelligent Charging Management System, uses AI to autonomously control charging cars and supplying power to buildings, efficiently managing electricity. This contributes to the effective use of renewable energy and peak power cuts, maximizing the value provided by EV batteries.

The exterior is based on an urban lime yellow body color that changes its appearance depending on the time of day and the shade of light. From the headlights to the rear combination lamps, there is a black line that runs through the sides of the body from front to back, and the combination with the highlights that intersect with that line and fall down to the rear fender makes it stand out. . The sporty silhouette was designed to ensure a high level of livability, with excellent aerodynamic performance, and together with the large-diameter tires placed at the four corners, it expresses a dynamic and modern appearance.

The interior is designed to blend in with urban living spaces. The HMI (Human Machine Interface) projected on the triangular instrument panel and display inspired by a kaleidoscope can change the presentation depending on the owner’s mood. Additionally, by changing the arrangement of the front seats, you can create a private space as if you were sitting on a sofa. When parking, you are freed from the busyness of everyday life, creating a comfortable interior space that is both practical and relaxing. The distinctive door that opens wide upwards not only makes it easy to get on and off the vehicle, but also provides an overwhelming sense of freedom.
