  • Rising talents Juju Noda and Bryce Aron will drive in the 2025/26 ABB FIA Formula E Rookie Test on 22 March, each bringing impressive international single‑seater experience.
  • Juju Noda, the Japanese rising star, returns to the team having previously tested with Jaguar TCS Racing in Formula E’s Women’s Test last November.
  • Bryce Aron, the promising American racer, who is currently competing in INDY NXT, will test alongside Juju as the team evaluate emerging international talent.
  • Ahead of the Rookie Test, Jaguar TCS Racing drivers Mitch Evans and António Félix da Costa will race at Circuito del Jarama for the first time, in Round 6 of the 2025/2026 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship on Saturday, 21 March.
  • Jaguar TCS Racing arrives in strong form, with three consecutive podiums including race wins for both drivers, now sitting second place in the Teams’ and Manufacturers’ standings.

This year’s Madrid E‑Prix marks Formula E’s debut competing at the demanding 3.934km Circuito del Jarama, with the Spanish capital previously hosting pre‑season testing in 2024 ahead of Season 11.

Jaguar TCS Racing head to Madrid riding a streak of three consecutive podium finishes – including race victories for both Mitch Evans in Miami (Round 3) and António Félix da Costa in Jeddah (Round 5) – the only team with wins from both drivers this season.

Following Saturday’s race (21 March), the circuit will welcome the next wave of motorsport talent for a Rookie Test on Sunday, 22 March. Juju Noda and Bryce Aron will take the wheel of the Jaguar I-TYPE 7, marking an important step in their careers.

Born in Tokyo in 2006, Juju Noda has been breaking boundaries in motorsport from a young age. She began karting at just three-years-old and was testing single‑seaters on Japanese circuits by the age of nine. Her competitive debut came in the 2019 Lucas Oil Winter Race Series, followed by a standout season in the 2020 F4 Danish Championship, where she won her first race and finished sixth overall. Juju has since continued her rise through international categories, competing in the W Series and Euroformula Open as she built a reputation for speed, determination, and technical maturity beyond her years.

In 2024, Juju made history as the first Japanese woman to race in Super Formula, Japan’s premier single‑seater championship, joining TGM Grand Prix for a landmark season. She also took part in the Formula E Season 12 Women’s Test in Valencia, driving for Jaguar TCS Racing alongside Jamie Chadwick in November 2025.

American racer Bryce Aron continues to establish himself as one of the most exciting young talents in single‑seater motorsport. The 22‑year‑old currently competes in the Indy NXT championship, building on strong momentum from the past two seasons – most recently with Chip Ganassi Racing in 2025, following an impressive 2024 rookie campaign with Andretti Global that featured two podiums and eight top‑ten finishes.

Aron’s rapid rise through the junior ranks includes standout performances across multiple international series. In 2023, he claimed three wins and five podiums in the Euroformula Open Championship with Motopark Academy, finishing fourth overall despite missing the final three races. He has also been a race winner in both the Formula Regional Oceania Championship and the GB3 Championship and made history as the first American to record top‑five finishes in the prestigious Walter Hayes Trophy Grand Final.

Ian James, Jaguar TCS Racing Team Principal, said: “Over the past few races, the team has shown pace and resilience and turned that into strong results. That means that Madrid – which also marks António’s 150th start in the Championship – has the potential to be a particularly exciting moment in the season. We’re determined to continue building on the foundations we’ve laid.

“We’re also proud to be supporting the next generation of racing talent with both Juju and Bryce, who have already demonstrated exceptional ability and professionalism in their careers. This Rookie Test gives them a valuable opportunity and we’re looking forward to welcoming them to Circuito del Jarama and seeing how they take on this next step.”

Juju Noda, Jaguar TCS Racing driver, said: “I’m very grateful to Jaguar TCS Racing for giving me this opportunity – testing the Jaguar I‑TYPE 7 in Valencia last year was a fantastic experience, and the support and feedback from the team helped me grow a lot as a driver. To now take part in the official Rookie Test in Madrid is a big moment for me, and I’m excited to learn as much as I can and show what I’m capable of.”

Bryce Aron, Jaguar TCS Racing driver, said: “I’m really looking forward to joining Jaguar TCS Racing for the Rookie Test in Madrid. With Formula E being a professional World Championship, I’m excited to have the chance to work with a team performing at such a high level – it’s a huge opportunity for me. I will be looking to learn as much as possible from the engineers and drivers, and making the most of every lap.”

The Rookie Test takes place on Sunday, 22 March. Round 6 of the 2025/26 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship begins at 15.05 CET (GMT +1) on Saturday, 21 March. Jaguar TCS Racing currently sits second in the Teams’ and Manufacturers’ championship standings.
